Our chicken processing at Next Chicken Farm Uganda follows a strict modern and hygienic system to ensure high-quality meat. The process begins with selecting healthy broiler chickens that are carefully inspected before slaughter. The chickens are then humanely slaughtered in a clean and controlled environment following food safety standards. After slaughter, the birds are properly defeathered using modern equipment to maintain cleanliness and efficiency. The carcasses are then eviscerated, where internal organs are carefully removed and inspected for quality assurance. Once cleaned, the chicken is washed, chilled, and prepared either as whole chicken or cut into specific parts. Finally, the processed chicken is packaged and stored under cold conditions, ready for distribution to homes, hotels, and commercial buyers while maintaining freshness and hygiene.
